Flexible connections of multiple Hydrogen sensors in cascading that manage the operating/pre-alarm/alarm threshold
Production will be blocked by the generator as soon as one of the sensors measures a Hydrogen percentage above the set alarm threshold.
Premium hydrogen sensors
The Hydrogen sensors are security systems that allow the use of hydrogen on the GC in safety.
The sensors can be connected directly to the Hydrogen generators, to a SCADA system via RS485, or it can work independently using their special module.
They continuously check the presence of Hydrogen in the atmosphere (OPT.H2.SENS.1) or in the GC’s oven (OPT.H2.SENS.2). These sensors are engineered to automatically stop the flow of H2 production from the generator when the presence of Hydrogen exceeds the alarm threshold.
H2 SENSOR KIT-010-020
Environment H2 sensor kit
This H2-SENSOR Kit is a security system that constantly detects the amount of Hydrogen present in the working environment of the GC and blocks the Hydrogen generation if it detects an amount greater than the safety threshold.
The 6940.00.055 controller reads the percentage of Hydrogen measured by the sensor 6940.00.060 and, if the value exceeds the threshold alarm, the Controller deactivates the solenoid valve in the 6940.00.056 block.
The alarm can be signaled to a PC and to a remote device.
H2 SENSOR KIT-030-040
H2 sensor kit for GC oven
This H2-SENSOR Kit is a security system that constantly detects the amount of Hydrogen present in the GC’s oven and blocks the Hydrogen generation if it detects an amount greater than the safety threshold.
The 6940.00.055 controller reads the percentage of Hydrogen measured by the sensor 6940.00.070 and, if the value exceeds the threshold alarm, the Controller deactivates the solenoid valve in the 6940.00.056 block. The alarm can be signaled to a PC and to a remote device.
Sensor 6940.00.070 is engineered to work in standalone mode connected by RS-485 network to a Hydrogen Generator. The sensor can be connected directly with the LNI Hydrogen Generators. When the hydrogen concentration detected exceeds a threshold of safety, the Hydrogen Generator automatically stops the production and audible and visual alarms will be reported.
